Download a job's results in CSV, XLSX, or JSON.

fmt: "csv" (default), "xlsx", or "json". The scrape is always stored as CSV on disk; xlsx/json are converted on the fly with pandas. Accepts a valid signed link (u/e/s query params), or an Authorization: Bearer key or session token, as the API docs show.
