Registry voice id to list (en-gb-f, amelia, fr-fr-1). Absent is the en-GB default (en-gb-f; it was amelia until 5 Oct 2026), so a bundler of Amelia's clips names her.

formatstring required

Container: opus or m4a.

Page size, 1–1000 (default 1000).

afterstring nullable

Resume after this hash: the next_after of the previous page.
