`GET /v1/events`: earthquakes, US volcano alerts and satellite fire cells as GeoJSON, with each feed's freshness.

Reported Earth events for display as one GeoJSON FeatureCollection: earthquakes (USGS, magnitude 2.5 and above, past 24 hours), elevated volcano alerts (USGS Hazard Notification System; US-monitored volcanoes only) and satellite-detected fire-heat cells (NASA FIRMS VIIRS, 0.5 degree cells; not confirmed fires). Every feature carries kind. Each requested feed reports its own freshness (ok, stale or unknown); a stale feed still returns its features. Reported events for display, not a warning service and not safety-critical. One Standard unit per request; a browser (maps) key may call it.
