`GET /tiles/{territory}/style.json`: a ready-to-render MapLibre style.

A MapLibre style for the archive. A basemap territory gets the built-in light style; a custom archive built with mapmap-tile gets a minimal style that draws its points, lines and polygons, with the archive's own attribution.
