List interactions (the product unit replacing sessions) for a server, most-recent first. Served from ClickHouse raw events; counters are exact distinct event counts over the interaction's life within plan retention. Count sorts (tool calls, request errors, tool errors, or combined errors) and ascending sorts rank over the requested window, or over the most recent days that hold about 20M raw events (1-7, reported as sortWindowDays). A read stopped by its time or memory guard returns 503 with code INTERACTIONS_QUERY_LIMIT.
