Stream an assistant reply for a chat using the Vercel AI data-stream protocol (text/plain; custom line-oriented codes). Requires a non-empty messages array (AI SDK / model messages). Optional disabledTools omits those tool names from the MCP toolset. Request body schema comes from the route JSON validator.
