Renew an attached browser session

Set a version 2 session’s lease_expires_at to the earlier of now plus its lease_seconds and the original absolute_expires_at; renewal never shortens it. Requires fresh member-level account authorization and the same computer generation. The browser capability cannot authorize renewal. Expired, revoked, legacy, unattached or disconnected sessions return 409; they are never recreated. At the absolute cap, a still-active lease can return the unchanged deadline. No browser action is replayed. Revoking an account API key or membership prevents renewal; existing delegated access remains valid only until its current lease ends or is explicitly revoked.

Requires the member role or higher.
