Read API activity history (headers only)
The GET of this path with no response body. It is authorized exactly as the GET is and answers its statuses and headers, never a body: an error’s correlation is in X-Request-ID alone. Range is ignored. It runs the GET’s own read and discards the body, so it touches whatever that read touches, the guest included: it is not a lighter way to poll.
Requires the member role or higher.

Opaque next_cursor for older pages, or changes_cursor when changes=1. At most 2048 characters.
Read the bounded change journal. Requires a cursor (a missing one is a 400). A cursor that cannot continue, expired, invalid or a history cursor, returns gap:true.

Safe retained rows or change projections with retention and capture health. Responses are no-store.
