Create attachment

Create a draft upload URL for a buyer case attachment.

This is step 1 of the buyer case attachment workflow.

Workflow:

  1. Request upload credentials for the case.
  2. Upload the image directly.
  3. Finalize in a follow-up call.

Rules:

  • Case must belong to a purchase owned by the authenticated user.
  • Returns 404 when case ownership validation fails.
