Add accounts under a resource

JSON with ACCOUNTLIST array. Each account: ACCOUNTNAME (required), PASSWORD,

Adds one or more accounts to a specific resource in PAM360. The request supports extensive configuration for account policies, session recording, password reset behaviors, and custom fields.
