Validate a password against a policy

Validates a given password against a specified password policy in PAM360. Returns whether the password meets the policy's complexity requirements. Known limitation: This endpoint rejects all known INPUT_DATA parameter formats in certain PAM360 versions. The correct request format could not be determined from documentation alone. May require a product update or source-code investigation.
