Who each dashboard is shared with, for the library

For the library's Live pill: per dashboard, how many people outside its project it reaches — directly and through each collection — counting each person once. ids is comma-separated (max 200); dashboards outside the X-WORKSPACE-ID workspace or that the caller cannot edit are ignored, and one shared with nobody is absent.
