List sent messages

Scoped to the workspace; supports enum filters for source/status/deliveryStatus, exact or fuzzy matching (per match) for recipient/sender/subject, q fuzzy search across fields (bodies excluded), and since/until to limit the send time.

Sent-at upper bound (exclusive): Unix seconds or ISO 8601; a date alone means UTC midnight
