Create a segment.

Segment expression with condition groups. Conditions inside one group use AND; groups use OR. TOPICS conditions use fieldRef null and selected topic IDs in an OPTIONS operand. TOPIC_OPTED_OUT matches a current explicit reader opt-out from any selected active topic. PURCHASES conditions use fieldRef null, a purchase operator (PURCHASED, NOT_PURCHASED, PURCHASE_COUNT_AT_LEAST/AT_MOST/EQUALS, FIRST_PURCHASE_IN_PERIOD, LAST_PURCHASE_IN_PERIOD, LAST_PURCHASE_BEFORE_PERIOD, ORDER_VALUE_AT_LEAST/AT_MOST, COUPON_USED) and an operand of kind PURCHASE whose purchase object carries sourceId (null = all sources), scopeKind (ALL_PRODUCTS, PRODUCTS, VARIANTS, GROUP), products, groupId, period (LAST_DAYS or DATE_RANGE in the source zone, else the stored timeZoneId), count, currency plus amount, couponCode. Results follow SQL three-valued logic: proven facts are true, missing facts stay unknown. Legacy filterGroups are not part of this contract.
