Get information about a specific file in the File Manager.

The unique id for the File Manager file.

The username of the profile that uploaded the file.

The id of the folder.

The url of the full-size file.

The height of an image.

The unique id of the file.

The name of the file.

sizeinteger

The size of the file in bytes.

thumbnail_urlstring uri

The url of the thumbnail preview.
