Delete a draft

Permission required: campaigns:write. Only a campaign with status draft can be deleted. Any other status (scheduled, sending, testing, sent, archived) answers 409 conflict with the current status in details.status: a campaign that has sent, or will send, keeps its figures. Deleting a draft cannot be undone.
