Engagement-anchored: the first real human page view (this JS call, which crawlers don't run) starts a countdown. For a single first_visit campaign that starts the 1h claim window; for a dual campaign it starts the teaser countdown (the main drop is posted by the admin once the teaser elapses). preview=1 never triggers either.
