Api Master V2

Мастеринг v2: цепочка из JSON-конфига. Форма: file (обязательно), config (JSON-строка, опционально), target_lufs, style, out_format, dither_type (tpdf | ns_e | ns_itu), auto_blank_sec (сек), bitrate (для MP3: 128/192/256/320, для OPUS: 128/192). Ответ: job_id; статус и результат — те же GET /api/master/status/{job_id}, GET /api/master/result/{job_id}.
