Boost

Create a boost

Creates and activates a Meta boost for an already published Facebook or Instagram post, once you have approved it. The first request creates nothing. It returns 202 with an approval and the Maeve page where you review it. After you approve there, send the same request again with approvalId. An approval covers one unchanged request and cannot be given by an API key.
