Batch wallet reputation flags (up to 100 addresses)

Bulk reputation classification: is_sniper, is_bundler, is_dumper (+ raw dump-cluster cohort counts), is_kol, and bot_confidence for up to 100 wallets in one call. Flag values match the flags block on GET /wallet/{address} exactly.

Semantics: flags derive from the pump.fun trade pipeline — false means "not observed", not "verified clean". is_sniper is behavior-updated (hourly); is_bundler is a lifetime flag; is_dumper uses a rolling 42-day window recomputed daily. PRO+.
