Recent early deploy observations (ULTRA+)

Newest-first catch-up for early ShredPrism deploy observations and historical deshred rows. ULTRA, BUSINESS or ENTERPRISE required; keyless x402 sniper access is retired. An encoded create instruction is not evidence that the transaction executed or a token was successfully deployed. Deduplicate by event_id (signature plus outer instruction for ShredPrism), never by mint alone. Execution evidence is correlated separately to that action; confirmed_on_chain is true only for a matching successful confirmed/finalized outcome. Unknown fields remain null. Current decoding covers supported outer Pump/LaunchLab create instructions; wrappers/CPI-only launches and other launchpads are not guaranteed. Direct low-latency observations use early:deploys at /ws/v1/early; sniper:deploys and sniper:deploy webhooks are asynchronous compatibility delivery. REST is catch-up, not the latency-critical path. No guaranteed timing lead or market completeness. See /stream/token for activation-gated discovery.
