Delete an RHC price alert (PRO+)
Permanently delete a Robinhood Chain price alert you own, addressed by the numeric id path param, together with its dip and recovery event history. To stop it temporarily instead, PATCH is_active: false. Deleting an active alert frees one slot of your active-alert quota. 404 if the id doesn't exist or isn't yours.
