Update a copy-trade subscription

Patchable: name, source_wallets, min_trade_sol, only_action, sizing_mode, sizing_amount, delivery_mode, webhook_url, min_mc_usd, max_mc_usd, is_active. MC band: the effective band (this PATCH's bound plus the stored other bound) must satisfy min_mc_usd <= max_mc_usd, else 400. Setting webhook_url on a rule that has no signing secret mints one and returns it ONCE as webhook_secret (+ note); an existing secret is never rotated or echoed.
