Messages
Hold the request open until new inbound mail arrives or the timeout lapses
Long-poll companion to the message list. Returns as soon as an inbound message newer than after exists, or with timedOut=true after timeout seconds. Repeat the call with the newest createdAt already seen to keep waiting without a client-side polling loop.

Only messages created after this ISO timestamp resolve the wait. Defaults to the request start, so a bare call waits for the next arrival.
timeoutinteger
Seconds to hold the request open.
Response
New inbound messages (newest first), or an empty list with timedOut=true.
