A2A Jsonrpc

A2A JSON-RPC 2.0 endpoint.

Always HTTP 200: JSON-RPC carries failure in the error member, so returning an HTTP error status for a well-formed call that the protocol already has a code for would put the failure in two places and make conformant clients disagree with us about what happened.
