Get the latest cached analysis for a scope

Returns the latest cached analysis entry for the given workspace + scope. Cache rows are immutable: each refresh writes a new row, and this read returns the most recent entry by commit timestamp.

Cache scope level

scope_keystring required

Scope identifier — for test scope, the test invariant id with the -j suffix (e.g. abc123-j). For plan scope, the plan id (e.g. abc123-p). For workspace scope, the composite {app_id or '*'}:{env_id or '*'}.

entity_modified_timeinteger

Unix epoch ms — last modification time of the focal entity (test or plan) at the moment the cache was written. Lets consumers detect edits that happened after this cache entry and decide whether to refresh. Populated for test and plan scope; omitted for workspace scope.
