TestRun

Grant access to live test output, if user has relevant access

Signals that the user will start viewing live test output for the given test run. Evaluates access permissions and, if permitted, writes an access control key to Firebase which triggers on-demand log replay by the test runner. Returns 401/403/404 if access is denied.
