Test

Get test invariant IDs for a workspace scoped to an application.

Returns the full set of canonical application-associated test invariant IDs using the same four-leg association logic as semantic search (plan-based, training-app, run-history, and unassociated fallback). The caller intersects the returned IDs with its locally-loaded test list to apply the application filter.

Requires application_id; use GET /test/count for workspace-wide counts.
