Delete a knowledge graph node

Deletes a knowledge graph node. soft_delete=true (default) sets status=ARCHIVED. soft_delete=false hard-deletes the row and cascades to all incoming and outgoing edges and external refs in the same Spanner transaction.

If true (default), archives the node. If false, hard-deletes with cascade.
