Get branch merge status

Reports whether merging one branch into another would carry new versions, and whether the target branch has advanced past the branch point for any edited entity. Read-only; nothing is merged.

has_new_versionsboolean required

True when the branch carries at least one entity edited past the version it was branched from, so a merge would move source-control tags rather than no-op. Already merged, snapshot, and unedited branches are all false.

conflictedboolean required

True when at least one edited entity has diverged, so merging would supersede newer versions on the target branch instead of fast-forwarding. Equivalent to diverged_entities being non-empty.
