Count saved leads matching filters (FREE, exact)

Returns an exact count of the caller's saved leads for any filter combination, plus a breakdown of how many are enriched, have an email, have a contact email, or have been relevance-checked. Costs nothing at any size. Call this before every action that spends. Presence filters are three-state aware: false means "enriched and confirmed absent", never "blank".

Did the enrichment relevance check judge this row to be the kind of business its own search query asked for? Free, runs on every enriched lead with a readable website. Absent means never judged, which is not the same as "no".

true = enrolled in enrichment, re-checked about monthly at no charge. false = not enrolled (usually an import); enrolling it with POST /api/v1/leads/enroll costs one lead per two businesses.
