private/get_maker_rfq_history

Maker-side history of RFQs the subaccount was eligible to quote, i.e. RFQs open to all makers or naming the maker's wallet as a counterparty, including ones the maker never quoted. Returns filled, cancelled and expired RFQs only; use private/poll_rfqs for open ones. Supports filtering by rfq_id, status, an originating RFQ subaccount, and an RFQ creation-time window, with pagination. Without from_timestamp, the window covers the 30 days before to_timestamp (or before now). Newest RFQs first. Returns the same public RFQ view as private/poll_rfqs, with fill rates unset. An RFQ appears here a few seconds after it leaves private/poll_rfqs.
