Get All Users

Returns users for the authenticated API client's owner scope.

Authorization: Requires OAuth client credentials token with a valid on-behalf-of user and an API client whose owner type is Client, Company, or Office.

Note on endpoint access: This endpoint is restricted to internal brokerage roles (Office, Company, Client accounts). Partner tier access is intentionally scoped to transaction-level and data management operations and does not include administrative functions like full user directories. This is by design for security and data isolation. If you need user information for a specific integration, please reach out to discuss the appropriate approach.
