Withdraw a manual journal entry (posts a Storno)

Posted bookings are never removed. Deleting a MANUAL entry posts a Storno, exactly like POST /journal-entries/{id}/reverse: a new numbered entry on the same date with debit and credit swapped, linked to the original. Errors (400 with errorCode): NOT_MANUAL (undo automatic bookings through their invoice, expense, payment or bank transaction), ALREADY_REVERSED, IS_REVERSAL, FISCAL_YEAR_CLOSED.
