Chart of Accounts

Rename, regroup or deactivate a chart account

Code and type are fixed once created. Deactivating (isActive: false) is refused for system accounts (ACCOUNT_IS_SYSTEM) and for accounts that still carry a balance (ACCOUNT_HAS_BALANCE). Permission bookkeeping.update.
