Reinstate a Deleted Customer

Restores a customer that is in Trash (soft-deleted) back to active, provided it is still within the retention window. Recreates the customer's wallet pass (the existing share URL keeps working) and cancels the scheduled permanent deletion.

Caveats: loyalty activity history from before the deletion is not recovered, and the customer must re-add the pass to their wallet.

Returns:

  • HTTP 200 with the reinstated customer and the pass URL to share.
  • HTTP 409 if the customer is not in Trash, or if permanent deletion is already in progress.
