Indicates the booking type for this property. Returned as an integer value. 0 = Instant Booking (reservations are confirmed automatically), 1 = Booking Request (reservations require host approval before being confirmed), 2 = Enquiry Only (guests can only send enquiries and cannot make bookings directly)

check_in_hourinteger nullable

If present, minimum hour allowed to check in -1: Flexible, 0-23: Hour of day

check_out_hourinteger nullable

If present, maximum hour allowed to check out -1: Flexible, 0-23: Hour of day

booking_window_daysinteger

Limits how many days in advance guests can book.

advance_notice_daysinteger

Specifies the minimum number of days in advance that a guest has to make a reservation. Guests cannot make a reservation less than this many days before the check-in date.

advance_notice_hoursinteger nullable

Specifies the minimum number of hours in advance that a guest has to make a reservation, applied in addition to advance_notice_days. Guests cannot make a reservation less than this many hours before the check-in date.

preparation_time_daysinteger

Indicates the time between bookings when reservations are not allowed
