Poll a property decision check

Poll the private statusUrl returned by POST /api/locus-property-update. No additional payment is required. Use pollAfterSeconds and the bounded estimatedSecondsRemaining range. As soon as flyerReady is true, pass flyerHandoff directly as reportHandoff to locus-property-flyer; video may still be rendering. The private job token and the emitted share_ PDF proof are different capabilities; never construct or transform either token.
