Drinking water systems (EPA SDWIS)

Active EPA SDWIS public water systems for an address, place, point, or state and county, with system type, population served, and ECHO violation links. Returns the same records as locus_water_systems. Use this when your client can only call paid x402 routes. Use locus_water_systems instead when you can call Locus free tools (REST tools/call or MCP).

Optional US street address or unambiguous place; used to derive state+county when explicit state+county are not provided.

Response

Atomic read result. A substantive result is paid; an empty/out-of-coverage result carries charged:false (x402 settlement suppressed).
