Official parcel record: lot, land use, acreage, year built (verified counties; no owner/value on the free rail)

Returns cited land use, acreage, year built and legal jurisdiction for an address or jurisdiction-scoped parcel id. Returns the same records as locus_parcel_lookup. Use this when your client can only call paid x402 routes. Use locus-parcel-value instead when you need assessed value and sale fields from the resolved official parcel. Wired official parcel sources only. No owner or mailing fields.

Street address to resolve to a parcel, e.g. '123 Oak Park Dr, Cary, NC 27519'. Provide this or parcelId with state and county.

parcelIdstring

Exact public parcel identifier. Provide state and county with parcelId.

statestring

Two-letter state code required with parcelId.

countystring

County name required with parcelId.

includeIncidentsboolean

Optional boolean; include bounded proximity incident counts when available. Default false. Counts only, never a safety verdict.

radiusMetersnumber

Optional incident search radius in meters; default 1000, max 5000.

lookbackDaysnumber

Optional incident lookback window in days; default 365, max 1825.

Response

Atomic read result. A substantive result is paid; an empty/out-of-coverage result carries charged:false (x402 settlement suppressed).
