State house price index (FHFA via FRED)

FRED-hosted FHFA all-transactions house price index for the state of a US point: latest index, year-over-year percent change, and units, for agents, from FHFA via FRED. Returns the same records as locus_house_price_index. Use this when your client can only call paid x402 routes. Use locus_house_price_index instead when you can call Locus free tools (REST tools/call or MCP).

Atomic read result. A substantive result is paid; an empty/out-of-coverage result carries charged:false (x402 settlement suppressed).
