FEMA events: declarations, flood claims, map revisions

FEMA disaster declarations by county, NFIP flood-claim history by ZIP, and preliminary FIRM panels at a point for agents checking past events. Returns the same records as locus_fema_events. Use this when your client can only call paid x402 routes. Use locus_fema_events instead when you can call Locus free tools (REST tools/call or MCP).

Request body

addressstring

Optional US street address; derives ZIP for NFIP claims and the point for preliminary-FIRM when geocodable. Explicit zip/lat/lng win over derived.

statestring

Optional two-letter state code for disaster declarations; provide with countyFips3.

countyFips3string

Optional 3-digit county FIPS within state for declarations, e.g. 183 for Wake.

zipstring

Optional 5-digit or ZIP+4 code for NFIP flood-claim history; overrides address-derived ZIP.

latitudenumber

Optional decimal latitude for preliminary FIRM panels; provide with longitude.

longitudenumber

Optional decimal longitude for preliminary FIRM panels; provide with latitude.

Response

Atomic read result. A substantive result is paid; an empty/out-of-coverage result carries charged:false (x402 settlement suppressed).
