Publications (Google Posts)

Publications de l'organisation (ou d'une fiche avec listing_id), avec image, bouton (redirect_*), période (start_date/end_date), google_post_url et updated_at. updated_since (ISO) filtre et trie par updated_at croissant pour une synchro incrémentale.
