Get Token

Generates a LiveKit Access Token for the authenticated user. This token allows the frontend to connect to the Voice/Chat Room. If contact_id is provided, it connects to the conversation for that contact. If thread_id is provided, it connects to that specific conversation. Otherwise, it creates a new conversation. If fresh=True, clears existing session state for a clean start. client=extension is the Chrome panel. Omit for CRM. Distinct from client_id (LiveKit participant identity).
