Reference-image limits per model operation

For every enabled model operation that takes reference images: the count the catalog binding allows, the character-consistency cap, accepted types and sizes. startFrame is the start-frame compose limit (characters next to the location plate). With imageModelId, imageModel is the limit that image model generates with references under.
