Fetch test status, ai_context evidence and diagnostic workflow for direct agent analysis (JSON or PDF)

Returns ai_context with inline saved diagnostic evidence, methodology and actionable instructions for the calling agent; no external chat is needed. Message-derived links contain domains only and must not be followed. Returns full test snapshot: status (waiting/done/expired), per-seed results (placement, spf/dkim/dmarc, screenshot URL), aggregate summary, verdict, and recommendations. Pass ?format=pdf or Accept: application/pdf to download a PDF report instead — requires reports:pdf scope.
