Commit a sealed-journal digest

Requires root ltx_*. Body is commitment_hash only (32-byte SHA-256, base64). Local journal material must never be sent. Clients hash locally: SHA-256(b'lithtrix:sealed-journal:v1\n' + agent_id + b'\n' + local_material_bytes). Only the 32-byte digest is stored. Lithtrix cannot read or reconstruct the journal.
