Store one append-only feedback event (helpful / unhelpful / wrong) referencing a prior search_id, memory_key, blob_id, parse_id, or browse_id. Reference rows are not verified — ref_id is not checked for ownership or existence (fast path; feedback is stored only for downstream use). Avoid secrets or PII in note (max 500 characters).
