Serper compatibility

Serper-compatible Google web search

Set SERPER_BASE_URL=https://api.litescrape.com and use a Litescrape key in SERPER_API_KEY. Accepts one query as JSON or query parameters; JSON fields take precedence. Returns Serper searchParameters, organic and source-provided rich results. One successful request consumes one Litescrape call.
