Webhook : batch_enrichment.completed

Envoyé sur votre callbackUrl quand un batch (POST /search/bulk) se termine. Le résultat complet est embarqué dans results[] (un objet par contact, forme aplatie - pas de bestPhone/bestEmail). En-tête X-Listar-Signature: t=<ts>,v1=<hmac_sha256>. Répondez 2xx pour acquitter.

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
